Man does naked workout in Planet Fitness, claims it's a 'judgment free zone'
PLAISTOW, N.H. (WTHR) — A Massachusetts man who stripped down before a workout at Planet Fitness said he thought the gym was a "judgment free zone."
According to NBC Boston, police say 34-year-old Eric Stagno walked into the Plaistow, New Hampshire gym, took off his clothes, walked around a little bit, then started doing poses on a yoga mat. As police took him into custody, Stagno cited Planet Fitness' promotional slogan, declaring the gym a "judgment free zone."
Stagno was charged with indecent exposure/lewdness and disorderly conduct. He is free on bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 21 in Plaistow District Court.
Stagno could not be reached for comment, and his attorney could not be immediately identified.
