Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer has been known to get political, but denies that a message he scratched into the pitchers mound before throwing out the first pitch at Wrigley Field in Chicago had a personal meaning. He states that the message was directed at a friend, but conspiracy theorists have went wild, claiming the inscription suggested President George W. Bush was behind the September 11 terrorist attacks.
