Artistic Rendition of UFO Sighting
I recently received a sightings report from a reader in Northern Virginia. The reporter was willing to share her story on our site, but prefers to remain anonymous. The sighting took place in a rural area and had four witnesses from the home. One of the witnesses seems to have experienced paralysis, having been unable to leave the bed and was unaware of the events unfolding around him.
According to Wikipedia, "Winchester is an independent city located in the northwestern portion of the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 26,203. As of 2015, its population is an estimated 27,284. It is the county seat of Frederick County, although the two are separate jurisdictions. The Bureau of Economic Analysis combines the city of Winchester with surrounding Frederick County for statistical purposes. Winchester is the principal city of the Winchester, Virginia-West Virginia Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is a part of the Washington-Baltimore-Northern Virginia, DC-MD-VA-WV Combined Statistical Area. Winchester is home to Shenandoah University and the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley".

Here is a transcript of our conversation:
BDSC: Ok, can you tell me a little about your experience?
I was living in a farmhouse in a rural area of northern Virginia with just a few neighbors, living with my boyfriend and 2 roommates. I was upstairs in the little loft area on my computer, just playing video games and zoning out, when I heard an ambulance or maybe a police siren in the background. In a few seconds, it got louder and louder. It began to sound like a thousand sirens, harmonizing together into a hypnotizing hum of something I've never heard before or since in my life. It was in the air, I could feel the sound all around me. I began to be startled at this point... to be honest, I thought it was a police helicopter for a moment but I didn't hear the chopping noise so I was just really confused.
I ran to the next room to wake up my boyfriend. As I started walking, I noticed I was beginning to weigh less by the second. I heard my roommates scream outside. My boyfriend was asleep so I jumped on top of him on the bed to wake him up. I was shaking him and he wouldn't budge an inch!!! He groggily told me it was no big deal, it was fine.... My roommates were still yelling outside. I thought he said it was a UFO but I didn't want to believe it. I wanted my boyfriend to wake up (lol all I wanted was a frigging hug, I thought it might be the end!!! Haha.) He still wouldn't move. I felt myself lifting still... I finally got terrified and ran downstairs without him. I ran so fast, out my back door to my roommates.. They were standing in our yard, staring up at a craft that was 10ft above our roof. It was just hovering there, loudly but perfectly still. It was like everything was at a stand still in our tiny neighborhood.
None of our neighbors would respond or come outside even though it was daylight and dinner time and we were obviously hysterical. Our cats were standing next to us staring up too, haha. The craft was a stereotypical saucer. I'm an artist so I will paint it one day when I have time. Underneath, it had a circle in the center, and three blue lights that were like rectangles between the inner and outer circle underneath of the craft. We stood looking at it for probably 90 seconds.
Then suddenly, at the drop of a hat, the craft was moving over 500mph along the commonly used flight path above our house. Two black American fighter jets flew past us just moments later, obviously way to slow to keep up, but I was amazed that they even responded. I really wonder... Haha, one of our cats tried to run after it! My roommate swears the thing burnt his skin. My roommates also said that black SUVs pulled into our driveway and sat there sometimes, for weeks. I would never look out the window... Too scared. If I had some way to know they were friendly, I would approach ET's AND MIB, but....
BDSC: Wow. Have you had any other experiences? About where in VA we're you? I'd like to give an idea to readers because someone else may have had something similar happen. There are a lot of group reports.
Experiencer: North of Winchester, VA. There is a lot of government stuff out there. I've seen a handful of other ships passing by along the same flight path, much higher up in the sky. I recently heard of the 37th parallel and I wonder how far it is from that.
BDSC: Lots of weird stuff coming out of 37th parallel. I saw a book about it. Did you roommates or boyfriend ever mention it again?
Experiencer: Oh yes, my boyfriend and I aren't together any more, but my old roommates and I still talk about it sometimes. If I didn't have them to talk to, I might think the whole thing was a hallucination, to be honest.
I let her know that I might have more questions for her later, and she said she would be willing to answer any questions that I may have. I also asked if she ever witnessed any of the MIB's or anyone watching her to which she replied "I never saw the SUV's but both of my roommates say they did. I did feel watched though".
The person who reported this chose to remain anonymous, though she does hope that others who may have witnessed the similar objects can help her make sense of the sighting.
